We understand that plans change and you might need to update the delivery address for your order. Don’t worry, we’ve made this process easy.
To change your delivery address, log into your Homebuy account and navigate to My Orders.
Here, you’ll see a list of your current orders. Find the order for which you want to change the address, and click on Edit Delivery Address.
You’ll be able to enter a new address and save it. Please note that changes can only be made before the order has left the warehouse. Once the order is in transit, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
